How Teams Engage With Programs

Our reporting focuses on measurable engagement indicators such as session attendance, check-in completion rates, and resource access frequency. These metrics help organisations understand program uptake without making claims about personal health changes.

Engagement Categories We Track

  • Weekly session attendance percentage
  • Digital resource download counts
  • Peer group interaction frequency
  • Optional activity log submissions
  • Post-program feedback survey responses

What Participants Share

The following themes appear frequently in voluntary post-program surveys. These represent personal perspectives, not verified outcomes.

Team Discussion Topics

Some participants mention that shared weekly subjects created conversation points among colleagues. This reflects voluntary survey feedback, not a measured organisational change.

Routine Topic Awareness

Some participants describe becoming more aware of daily routine choices during the program period. This is an educational discussion topic, not a measured or assured personal change.

Structured Time for Reflection

Teams value having dedicated time within the work week to discuss personal development topics in a structured, facilitator-guided format.

Peer Encouragement

Accountability pairs and small groups frequently mention mutual support as a motivating factor during the program period.

Program Summary Reports

Enterprise tier clients receive a program summary report upon completion. Reports include aggregate attendance data, engagement metrics, and anonymised feedback themes.

Reports explicitly exclude individual health data, medical information, or personal performance assessments. All data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What We Do Not Measure

To maintain appropriate program boundaries, we do not track or report on body weight, blood pressure, clinical biomarkers, or mental health diagnostic indicators.

Our measurement framework aligns with educational program standards rather than clinical research protocols.

Participant Reflections

The weekly structure helped our team establish a regular rhythm for discussing lifestyle education topics. I found the educational modules straightforward and easy to follow.

Team Member Financial Services, Auckland

Participation was voluntary and inclusive. The facilitator created a comfortable environment where people could engage at their own pace without pressure.

Department Lead Professional Services, Newmarket

Our team appreciated having clear program materials and a predictable schedule. The check-in format kept everyone connected throughout the eight-week cycle.

Operations Manager Logistics Company, Auckland

The program provided useful frameworks for thinking about daily routines. I continue to reference some of the educational resources after the program ended.

Sustainability After Programs End

Programs include a final integration session focused on maintaining habits independently. We provide take-home resource guides and optional alumni check-in sessions at three and six months post-program.

Continued habit maintenance depends on individual effort and circumstances. We provide educational tools but do not offer ongoing coaching unless separately arranged.

Post-Program

Integration Session

Final group meeting to review learnings, share reflections, and distribute sustainability resource guides.

3 Months

Optional Alumni Check-In

Voluntary virtual gathering for past participants to reconnect and share ongoing experiences.

6 Months

Follow-Up Survey

Anonymous survey to gather feedback on resource usefulness and general program experience.

Understanding Our Data

Engagement summaries are compiled from internal attendance records and voluntary surveys across past program deliveries. Data is aggregated for reference purposes and has not been independently audited. It may not reflect any specific team or individual experience.

Enterprise tier programs include a customised summary report. Standard and Starter tiers receive a general program completion summary. Contact us to discuss reporting options for your team.

We share anonymised engagement summaries with client permission. We do not publish case studies that imply specific health or performance improvements for individuals or organisations.
